To create a news item:


  1. Click on 'news'
  2. Click 'create news item'
  3. Use the word processing tool to draft your news item
  4. Add attachments by clicking 'browse' and browsing to your desired item
  5. Click 'save draft'

Tips:

  • Compile your news as a single file (digest format) or split into multiple shorter broadcasts.
  • Save as a readable format such as PDF
  • Maximum file size for attachments is 128MB
