School-links provides extensive reporting of use to Attendance Officers and to inform family conferences. This can be accessed by logging in to School-links and clicking on Absences.
- Select ‘EN Batches’ from the menu on the right to view a student’s name, what caregiver the message was sent to, the mobile phone number and/or the email address it was sent to, and any response. This includes all the batches sent out in the last week. Older batches are under the next menu item ‘EN Batch Archive’.
- Click on ‘Inspect Batch’ to view the report
