Please be aware that groups are static not dynamic. This means that if additional people are added to the system such as new students or caregivers, then groups such as Students of Year Level and the derived Caregivers of Students of Year Level groups will need to be recreated to pick up the additional people. However people who are deleted because they have left the school are removed from the groups.
